es twenty century, it showed special characteristics and potential application．At present, there are two types of piezoelectric pump, with check valve and without check valve. The former can work but lower frequency because of the inertia of check valve; the latter can work at higher frequency, so it has larger output capability. On the basis of relevant literature，a new viewpoint was developed firstly, that is, differential unidirectional flow can be formed in alternate change pump volume by using special shapes of the orifice. Outflow principle was analyzed in theory. Several prototypes were produced and tested. Experiment result showed that the differential flow is exist and could be used to pump liquid. 收起
