In order to solve the problems such as some factors hindering YT-11 from going into the practical stage by methods in pharmaceutics, we used Butyl-α-cyanoacrylate (BCA) as carrier material which is safe, free from poison and side effects and biodegradable. We also studied systematically and comparatively the preparation technology, the forming of the preparation, the quality evaluation, the in vivo targeting character in mice and the original drug's pharmacology of YT-11's polybutylcyanoacrylate nanoparticles (YT-11-PBCA-NP). 收起
