timization of the experimental conditions, concentration of nitrous acid and pH have been chosen as the main factors with orthogonal test. The effects of temperature, time and stirring velocity on the degree of depolymerization of heparin have been investigated. The depolymerized heparin having molecular weight of 5000~6000 dalton was separated into eight fractions with the column of self assembled Sephadex G-75 and average molecular weight, physical and chemical properties, and anticoagulant activity of each fraction were determined. 收起
