ed. It can be used to measure the micro-displacement.This paper mainly discusses the research on high precision digital differential eddy current sensor. Especially, improving resolving power and stability are studied through theory analysis and experiment. It introduces hardware system, count interface card、button interface card and display interface card, and so on. It presents the total thought of software design. In the end of this paper, the instrument error has been analyzed. The novelty of this design lies in adopting magnetic drum to shield magnetic field and adopting differential measurement. 收起
